Tiny Thais
Tiny Thai classes are for ages 3-5yrs. These classes focus on basic techniques, coordination, and fun activities to introduce young children to the sport of Thai boxing in a safe and engaging environment.
Our experienced instructors ensure that each child receives individual attention and encouragement, helping them to build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Classes are designed to be enjoyable and educational, promoting a love for martial arts from an early age.
Juniors
Our Junior Beginners classes are designed for children aged 5-11 who are new to Thai boxing. These sessions focus on fundamental techniques, coordination, and fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
Instructors provide personalized attention to ensure each child learns at their own pace, building confidence and discipline. Classes include a mix of drills, pad work, and games to keep young participants engaged and motivated.
Junior Advanced
Our Junior Advanced classes are designed for young athletes aged 11-14 who have prior experience in Thai boxing. These sessions focus on refining techniques, improving coordination, and enhancing overall fitness.
Participants will engage in more complex drills, sparring sessions, and advanced pad work. Our instructors provide personalized feedback to help each student progress and prepare for competitive opportunities if desired. These classes aim to build confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of Muay Thai.
Adult
Our adult Muay Thai classes are designed for individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. These classes focus on traditional Muay Thai techniques, including striking, clinching, and defensive maneuvers.
Participants will improve their physical fitness, strength, and endurance through a combination of pad work, bag work, and partner drills. Our experienced instructors provide personalized guidance to help each student achieve their personal goals, whether it's self-defense, competition, or general fitness.
Yoga with Katie
Classes are suitable for everybody and every BODY. The focus is on breathing, alignment, and using yoga as a therapy to calm the mind. Monthly workshops, retreats, and somatic dance classes are also offered.
Current classes are YIN/YANG. They include a good mixture of YIN passive poses held for longer and YANG, ashtanga/hatha style developing strength, flexibility, and balance. All classes are suitable for beginners and include a focus on breathwork, with everyone’s favorite part being a beautiful relaxation at the end.
